These central incidents are tracked through an automated workflow. The incident lifecycle is managed with notifications, audit trails and escalations and keeps track of people, processes, and response status. The module includes the ability to invite necessary parties to the incident (including external vendors as needed), provide accurate and current data through reports and dashboards, increase visibility and accountability, reduce time to resolution, minimize operational impact, and enable audit-ready trail of all related activities.
