Founder, President and COO
Gordon Shevlin is the CEO of Allgress Inc, an IT-GRC company, and one of several security companies he has co-founded over a career spanning more than 25 years. Prior to Allgress, Gordon co-founded SiegeWorks and SiegeWorks International, a digital defense services firm. There he grew the company, built a strong international presence, and managed its successful acquisition by FishNet Security, the nation’s leading provider of information security solutions. With his breadth of knowledge in information security, Gordon has been invited to serve on the advisory boards of 12 leading information security companies. In addition to being a serial entrepreneur, Gordon has been dedicated to enhancing the knowledge and skills of information security professionals through his volunteer work with ISSA. Among his many roles, Gordon has been President and Vice President of the ISSA Silicon Valley Chapter, CFO of ISSA International, and has held board positions for three consecutive terms. Gordon is a graduate from the University of Michigan.
Jeff Bennett brings more than two decades of business leadership, product development, and IT security and compliance industry experience to the company. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and led several companies, including digital defense services firms SiegeWorks and SiegeWorks International. In 2006, FishNet Security, the nation's leading provider of information security solutions that combine technology, services, support and training, acquired SiegeWorks. Following the acquisition, Bennett served as executive vice president of services at FishNet. He has served on the advisory boards of other leading security providers. Bennett holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University at Hayward.
VP Software Development
Jon Randall has over 30 years experience in software development and management. As the Vice President of Software Development at Allgress, Inc., he considers himself a generalist who prefers a small-company environment where he can be involved in everything from strategic management and product management to architecture and development. He is a hands-on and effective software development manager, who engenders loyalty and enthusiasm amongst his team. Jon’s broad range of experience includes scientific imaging, proteomics, robotics, telecommunications, commercial database applications, and most recently, hosted SaaS applications. In addition to his breadth of experience, he specializes in project management, requirements gathering, software architecture, software development processes, C, C++, C#, Visual Studio, SQL, ASP.NET, user interface design, algorithm development, and cross-platform framework. Outside of work, Jon has a passion for music and enjoys playing (instrument) in a Jazz band.
Jeff Kushner leads marketing at Allgress as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and has been with the company since July 2012. As CMO, he is responsible for the global marketing strategy, branding, positioning and market communications. Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles in technology marketing and business development. Before Allgress, Jeff has held positions that increased revenue and market penetration with market leaders including BindView (now Symantec), BMC Software, Sun Microsystems (now Oracle) and consulting to many organizations. His efforts have been instrumental in advancing the development and adoption of application, compliance and risk management.

Michelle is the Vice-President of Sales for Allgress, Inc. She has over 25 years of technology sales expertise in a number of disciplines including semiconductors, networking and security. She manages with a positive attitude and drives her employees to reach their potential. In her history as a sales leader, she has guided her teams to achieve profitability and double digit growth year over year. Her client base has featured everything from Fortune 100 enterprises to mid-market companies in heavily regulated industries. She is an experienced cyber security sales and business development professional that truly understands how to partner and solve complex business challenges, while building strong customer relationships.
Brandon is the Vice President of Customer Success at Allgress, Inc. He has over twenty years experience in sales and customer relations, in the information security industry. His technical expertise and personable nature combine for a ‘trusted advisor’ approach to managing customers and partners. He excels at communication, and engages with all levels of the organization to deliver value. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything he does, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons.
