Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Solution Architects (SA’s) are the primary technical resource for the field sales force.  SA’s are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. The SA must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs, RFPs and POCs
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in governance, risk and compliance field
  • 3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor software sales
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and able to operate in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, project plans, RFI’s, etc.
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Experience and familiarity with Allgress products and line of business a plus

GRC Account Executive

Job Summary

Allgress is all about providing risk and compliance insight to business executives who need empirical data to make informed business decisions, real-time. Whether in the cloud or on-premise, clients rely on our GRC solutions to manage the risk in their environment(s) and put their companies in a defensible regulatory position.

As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of revenue generation, new opportunity development, pipeline management, account strategy creation/execution and closing Allgress deals with new clients.  You understand and know how to position the benefits of Allgress products and you possess the strategic thinking skills to drive a challenging sales process.

Your main target:  Business decision makers, security leaders/professionals and IT leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge of IT requirements for regulatory compliance such as PCI, HIPAA and HiTrust & frameworks such as NIST and ISO
  • Understands customers’ business and solutions requirements in the context of GRC market trends
  • Ability to sell solutions and services based on value and ROI
  • Develop and execute against a sales plan/quota
  • Consistently prospect and develop new business
  • Territory management, including account planning and partner development
  • Customarily and regularly engaged with key decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties
  • Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account
  • Disciplined use of company CRM and maintenance of an accurate forecast

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of GRC market
  • Ability to navigate and win in a complex enterprise sales environment, working with multiple decision makers
  • Advanced knowledge of and skilled in contract interpretation, negotiations and project management
  • Fire in the belly, hunter-mentality
  • Track record of developing territories and exceeding quota
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing and high-growth environment
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Work with reseller and consulting partners to extend reach and drive adoption for Allgress

Consulting Services Practice Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join the Allgress Consulting Services group to provide implementation expertise in its Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice area.  Our projects are fast-paced and facilitated collaboratively between you and the client.  Allgress provides best practices with the goal of assisting clients to achieve a sustainable risk management program.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of consulting services including solution development, project leadership, business development and managing client service delivery.

  • Lead, manage and provide subject matter expertise at all company sizes and within a wide range of industries

Qualifications

  • In depth experience in implementing a GRC software platform

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably in one of the following areas: Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration

  • 3+ years minimum experience in managing the implementation of complex systems for risk and compliance

  • Experience with implementing regulatory compliance, third party risk management or enterprise risk management processes

  • Expertise working with commercially available GRC solutions

  • Expert project management skills - planning, status reporting, issues resolution, risk mitigation

  • Highly effective communication with all levels of the organization including senior and executive management

  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation deliverables including business requirements documents, design documents, test cases, and end user training guides

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time

  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

  • Experience with leading and managing a team of people and deadlines
